RaisingTheBar @_chuckcity I was going to get an apt nearby Nectar but moved to Europe & then back to NYC. I was walking around Harlem today, alot of construction!!

kennected @RaisingTheBar a lot of vacant condo or condo's that cannot be sold. many condos have a glut and have started renting.

RaisingTheBar @kennected Really!??! One of the buildings near MJ Theater states it is starting at $450k for a studio. That's crazy to me.

RaisingTheBar @kennected I was apt hunting in Harlem & was struck that the monthly maintenance fee is starting at $800 up for no doorman, cameras & old laundryroom

kennected @RaisingTheBar you shouldn't have to pay a maintenance fee in an apartment. Or do you mean 'brokers fee'?
