I'd like to propose a few new year resolutions: Let's set an example for those around us by not discarding of garbage on our streets. There's garbage bins on just about every other corner in Harlem, so why dump on our streets? I'm driving around Harlem today and I see garbage everywhere. It's no wonder we have a huge rodent problem here. Also, let's pick up after our dogs. We don't need anyone more dog refuse on our streets. Time we take pride in where we live.
